The walls of this basement were deteriorating due to water damage, causing the entire lower level to feel damp and musty. Because of the amount of moisture the walls allowed in, the risk of mold was a very real concern that the customer wanted to resolve.

To fix the problem, walls were pressure washed to remove residue, dirt, and debris. This ensured maximum adhesion of Conklin Wall-Up acrylic sealer. Joints and cracks were primed before two layers of sealer were applied in the customer’s color choice of white.
